This policy explains what information Philantree collects through this website (philantree.com) and how we use it. The Philantree app is still in development; it will have its own privacy policy when it launches.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through our sign-up forms:
- Your email address
- Whether you're interested as a volunteer or a nonprofit
- If you're a nonprofit: your organization's name and, optionally, a short message
This website does not use advertising, tracking cookies, or analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your information only to contact you about Philantree, for example to tell you when the app is ready or to follow up about our nonprofit pilot. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who processes it
- Formspree receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website and may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google's servers when pages load.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information at any time by emailing volunteer@philantree.com. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send you.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
